Who we are
Kelvex Heating & Air is owned and operated by Michael Marquez, an EPA 608 certified HVAC technician working commercial equipment across the Denver metro. The company operates as Fix It 44 LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Kelvex Heating & Air.
What we focus on
Light commercial is the core of the business — restaurants, breweries, retail strips, offices, dental and auto shops. Rooftop units and evaporative coolers, the equipment that runs a building and gets looked at least. We also take residential work: service, repair, maintenance and system replacement for homeowners across the same service area. We are not a large-project mechanical contractor, and we do not bid new construction.
How we work
- Everything gets documented. Inspections come with a checklist, readings and photos. You get a record you can hand to an owner or use for a budget.
- Quotes come before work. Itemized, in writing, with exclusions stated. If we find something mid-job, work stops and you get a revised number.
- Straight answers about old equipment. When a unit is not worth repairing again, we say so rather than selling another repair.
- We stay in our lane. Building drains, roofing and electrical past the disconnect belong to other trades, and we will tell you when that is what you need.
